"The Kominsky Method" is ostensibly one of those Hollywood productions about Hollywood, but really, this Netflix comedy -- starring Michael Douglas and Alan Arkin, from "The Big Bang Theory" co-creator Chuck Lorre -- is about two more universal themes: friendship, and getting older.
